In-Unit Services


Idylwood Towers offers reliable, affordable maintenance service on an "at cost" basis. We try to perform this work as soon as possible.

WHEN A WATER SHUT-OFF IS REQUIRED - a two day notice is needed to notify other residents in your tier. Residents may schedule this service by submitting a Work-Order at your building Reception desk. The Management office will arrange for staff access into the unit and notification to residents in your tier.

You may, of course, obtain the services of an outside supplier of your own choosing. Idylwood Towers employees do not perform repair work on appliances, plumbing or electrical work.

Please note that Idylwood Towers employees are permitted to do work in your condominium unit only under an approved work-order and assignment from management. Prices for parts reflect Idylwood's cost of materials, they may change without notice.

A minimum labor charge of $25.00 per 1/2 hour will apply.

All outside contractors need to be licensed, bonded, and insured and prior to commencing work need to meet with the Chief Engineer.

When a water shut-off impacting the entire tier is required the owner has to notify the office 48 business hours (Monday-thru Friday) in advance. Water shut-offs will only be conducted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays once it is approved by the Chief Engineer.
